Something cool happened today.

A couple weeks back I shared a tip on adding a custom “Get an estimate” button to your site. This wasn’t just a visual improvement. It also improves conversion.

Ethan did this on his site and went from 0 clicks to 14 people using his estimator within a few days. 2 of these are in conversation for a new project. So cool to see.

Whats new? 

Three big improvements this week:

1. Custom fonts. You can now add your own font to your Ballpark estimator. Another step toward making it feel native to your site (stoked). I also added a bunch of Google fonts. One of my favourite Figma features is hovering on a font to see how it feels. So I added that too.

2. New Email Builder. The old one was confusing. So I rebuilt it. You can now conditionally show content without the hard-to-understand syntax. Answers from submitters are one click to add. Give it a try and tell me what you think.

3. Smoother pricing rules experience. I’ve cleaned up the pricing rules interface. Cleaner naming. Better dropdowns. A modal that actually makes sense. Building complex pricing logic should now be way easier.
